Terms and Conditions

While we strive to please our clients in every way we do set forth some standards:

• Every product listed on this site is described to the best of our knowledge.
• Colors vary on different screens so please be aware that some colors may not look the same when you receive it as it did on your screen.
• All shipments are sent to you fully insured however, if you make a claim for a lost or damaged shipment more than twice we will no longer accept orders from you.
• As mandated by US health requirements we do not accept returns on earrings or personal products.
• While we do accept returns we do not pay for the shipment of any returned item.
• A return authorization is required for all returns. One may be obtained by request.
• Return authorization will only be given within 2 weeks of receipt of said item.
